This Privacy Policy applies to The Racing App mobile and tablet apps, for example, its Android, iPhone and iPad apps (“the App”).

The App is owned and operated by Quantum Leap Solutions Limited (“us”, “our”, “we”). We are committed to protecting the privacy of users of our App. This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect about you, how we will use it, the steps that we will take to ensure that such information is kept secure and your rights to access and manage that information.
The App may have links to other apps and websites. Third party apps and websites should have their own privacy policies and we recommend that you read such policies to find out how your personal details are protected. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of these third party apps and websites.

1.1 When you use this App we collect anonymised information about you, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device, the IP address, usage data about how you interact with the App, session information, plus other diagnostic data.
1.2 These details are collected in a number of ways including being obtained via the use of third party tools such as Google Analytics for Firebase.
1.3 We may use the information we collect from you to carry out statistical, technical and logistical analysis.
2. Identifiers
2.1 An app instance id is assigned by Google Analytics for Firebase to each instance of an app for purposes of collecting usage data for analytics purposes. By default, this identifier is not associated with a user identifier, like screen name or account ID, or with a device’s advertising identifier.
3. Who Do We Share The Information We Collect With?
3.1 We will not sell, trade or rent or make available any personal information to others unless you have given us your permission to do so. If you give us such permission then you may be contacted by our partners, affiliates or other third parties with offers relating to their products, offers, services or promotions. If you subsequently decide you no longer wish to be contacted by our advertisers, partners, affiliates or other third parties or no longer want us to pass your information to third parties, please notify us by email at the following address info@quantumleapsolutions.co.uk
3.2 We may transfer, sell or assign any of the information described in this policy to third parties as a result of a sale, merger, consolidation, change of control, transfer of assets or reorganisation of our business.
4. Data Security
4.1 We do not hold any of your information. Any information is held securely by the third party tools we use. These include Google Analytics for Firebase used in our iOS and Android apps.
5. Accessing Your Data
5.1 We will provide you with a summary of any information that we hold on you upon your written request. Please email info@quantumleapsolutions.co.uk and provide your full postal address and postcode.
5.2 You can also request that the information that we hold about be deleted. However, this may mean that we can no longer provide you with the products or services that you wish to receive.

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales and shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in relation to this Privacy Policy and the App.
